Ill give it to someone special

With this cupcake im entering the sweetestkitchens mystery box challenge. This cupcake was made for a very dear friend of mine who unfortunately have had to spend some time in the hospital lately, and before I went to visit her I wanted to bake her something special to make her smile.

The reason for NY cupcake is that New York has a very special place in her heart, it was here last year her boyfriend in central park, with a horse carriage and all, went down on his knee and proposed, and she said YES.

In recent times her life has been very turbulent with her disease, but she is so strong, inspiring and always smiling, and therefore this special cupcake for her which she loved
